I led a comprehensive brand refresh for Fish Insurance, modernising the company’s visual identity while strengthening its digital presence and customer experience. At the heart of the project was the redesign of the brand logo, carefully crafted to combine the visual characteristics of a fish eye with a subtle symbol of protection and support—reflecting the company’s commitment to providing specialist insurance solutions and peace of mind for its customers.
The rebrand extended across a complete literature system, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout all customer-facing communications. In parallel, I designed and delivered a fully responsive e-commerce website, complemented by an automated PDF policy delivery system that streamlined customer journeys and improved operational efficiency.
To support the relaunch, I developed a fully integrated marketing campaign encompassing trade advertising, search engine optimisation (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) activity. The SEO strategy delivered exceptional results, achieving first-page organic rankings on Google for key search terms and significantly increasing brand visibility, website traffic, and customer engagement.
The project successfully repositioned Fish Insurance with a modern, scalable brand identity and a robust digital infrastructure, creating a stronger platform for future growth while enhancing both acquisition and retention performance.
