The project involved integrating warehouse management, inventory control, logistics and EPOS systems across five retail locations, creating a unified omnichannel experience. Inspired by the iconic Herdwick sheep, Herdy is a distinctive Cumbrian lifestyle and giftware brand celebrated for its playful character-led products.
